Our Story
A club built around active research and shared growth
Growth Insight Labs began with a simple idea: researchers grow when they can define meaningful goals, design a realistic path toward them, practice the work themselves, and receive timely feedback along the way.
Known as کلاب رشد in Persian, the club belongs to students and researchers who want to learn research by doing it. It is not a conventional classroom where one person lectures and others listen. Questions are clarified through dialogue and brainstorming, then developed into a feasible, time-bound project led actively by the researcher.

Dr. Hadi Rajabbeigi
Doctor of Organizational Leadership · Researcher and Research Methods Educator
Hadi Rajabbeigi holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University. His experience in research methods, advanced statistics, university teaching, and research guidance informs the Growth Insight Labs approach.
His role is not based on research superiority or a traditional professor–student hierarchy. He works alongside researchers, sharing knowledge and experience from a path whose challenges he knows, while helping each person build the judgment and confidence to continue independently.
